Cheesecakes
Cheesecakes were the first dessert experiment I did. Coming up with my own special recipe, I create various styles and flavors to please anyone! The design painted on here was colored cheesecake painted on before baking. Chocolate crust with a layer of chocolate mocha cheesecake, a layer of chocolate crumbs, and topped with a layer of vanilla cheesecake.
Who doesn't love Chocolate!! A picture says a thousand words!! Chocolate chip cheesecake layered with cookie crumbs in the middle, and topped with more cookie crumbs, chocolate curls and chocolate fudge topping.
Have a favorite candy? This one has Reese's Peanut Butter Eggs on top, and the miniature cups are baked inside a vanilla cheesecake with graham crust, and drizzled with chocolate fudge topping!!
This is my Turtle Tower!! (Forgive the toothpicks, I needed to cover it for delivery!) A double-decker vanilla cheesecake topped with LOTS of caramel and fudge topping, sprinkled with lots of pecans!
Another version of my Turtle Tower!! The bottom layer of this Tower is chocolate cheesecake with a chocolate crust, topped with a vanilla cheesecake with a chocolate crust. Covered in caramel, chocolate and pecans....and maraschino cherries to add a special bling!
Black Forrest Cherry Cheesecake! Vanilla cheesecake with a layer of chocolate cookie and cherries in between....after the picture, it got smothered in cherry pie filling and chocolate crumbs!! A great variation of this one is to make the bottom layer chocolate, then layer with the chocolate cookie and cherries, and a vanilla layer on top - and of course, smothered in cherry pie filling and chocolate crumbs!
A Tie-Died Cheesecake!! Vanilla cheesecake swirled with LOTS of colors! Of course, topped with chocolate flakes!
Christmas came to Cheesecake Land!! This is a vanilla cheesecake with M&M's inside, topped with peanut M&M's, red and green sprinkles, and chocolate fudge topping.
Cranberries add a new twist to a Chocolate Cheesecake!! Sweetened cranberries top this chocolate cheesecake in a chocolate crust!!
Who needs pumpkin pie when you can have Chocolate Pumpkin Cheesecake!! This one is topped with a cream cheese topping swirled with caramel!!
Banana Split cheesecake is absolutely wonderful!! A banana cream cheesecake with chunks of banana, maraschino cherries, and nuts, inside of a chocolate crust topped with crushed pineapple, chocolate curls and chocolate fudge topping!
This one has a fruit cocktail preserve on top of a vanilla cheesecake! Great for Easter! There is an endless list of variations that I do with cheesecake! I believe that no topping is off limits for cheesecake...after all, ANYTHING goes with cheesecake!
I believe the height of the cheesecake is the key to a great cheesecake! If you're going to eat cheesecake, you should be able to really taste the cheesecake ~ and this can only be accomplished if there is something there to bite into!! This raspberry cheesecake has raspberry swirled inside and outside of the cheesecake. The sides show the height of the cheesecake ~ there is no crust on this, except for the bottom which is a thin layer of graham!
Variety is Key!
A different twist on the cheesecake....my own version of a Sopapilla Cheesecake. Flaky layers of crust, filled with my own recipe of cheesecake, and topped with another crispy, flaky layer of crust with cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger and almonds! This can be flavored to your liking, with fillings added (like apple!) and endless toppings to make this treat amazing! Great with pumpkin cheesecake filling! This version of my cheesecake is VERY filling! A 2"x2" piece is all you need!!
